Published annually, the CTTC TOY REPORT presents our exclusive results on hundreds of new toys available in Canada, tested by the consumers that love them most -- kids!
The TOY REPORT rates toys from three-star (the best), two-star (good), one-star (somewhat problematic), novelty (short play value) and Not Recommeded. The TOY REPORT also spotlights the best battery-operated toys, travel toys and birthday gift toys (under $25.00).
Each TOY REPORT provides information on traditional toys, games and crafts as well as computer software for children and other new trends in play, like environmentally friendly toys.
Toys are presented both alphabetically and by age, so you can find toys best suited to your child's interests and talents.
And for children's books recommended by our testers, check out CTTC Great Books.
Every year, the Canadian Toy Testing Council publishes its TOY REPORT and makes it available on-line. We rely on our dedicated volunteers to fulfill this work and currently receive NO GOVERNMENT FUNDING.
If the TOY REPORT and the work that the CTTC performs is useful to you, please donate to support our programs. You can donate directly using PayPal (donations of $20 or more will receive a tax receipt) or you can donate through CanadaHelps.org.
